REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We are confident you will love Trofi Life.
If you don’t love it, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you a full refund* for 1 bag of each flavor. No questions asked!


Simply follow these easy steps:


  1. Email orders@trofilife.com with your order number and a brief explanation to initiate your refund. Refund Limit 1 bag of each flavor
  2. After you have submitted your form we will email the information of where to send you return.
  3. Place the bag(s) in a box or bag and mail it to us.
  4. Email us the tracking number for your return.
  5. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package.


*Full refund will be the total amount paid, up to 1 bag of each flavor + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer or address are not allowed.
